Sussanne Roshan denied a media reports saying her divorce from Hrithik Roshan is a Rs.100 crore settlement and said that its unethical to publish such false news.


“I was deeply disappointed when I read today’s article titled ‘Sussanne and Hrithik Roshan divorce: Rs. 100 crore settlement? There is no element of truth in the news and it is entirely speculative,” she said in a statement.

“It is unethical to publish false news and speculate on the private relationships of individuals,” she added. Read More on MSN

Sussanne, who recently separated from Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan, feels that no one should be blamed for their split.


As the couple decided to part ways, there were rumours of Arjun Rampal's involvement in the split following the alleged growing friendship between Sussanne and the model-actor.

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan had a fairy tale sort of a romance yet the couple announced completion of their 17-year-old relationship on Friday.

Hrithik and Sussanne were childhood years sweethearts and got married in 2000, soon after the launch of his very first movie "Kaho Na Pyaar Hai". The actor, during a talk show, had disclosed that his love story started at the age of 12, as he acquired fascinated with Sussanne when she used to play in the structure mixture.

After 17 years of courtship and marriage, superstar Hrithik Roshan and wife Sussanne have decided to separate. While speculations were prevalent for the past few months about brewing trouble in the Roshan paradise, fans and audiences dismissed it as just another rumor about Bollywood’s poster couple. However these stories were confirmed after an official press statement was released by Hrithik earlier today, while requesting that the family’s privacy be respected.


The official statement read: “Sussanne has decided to separate from me and end our 17-year relationship. This is a very trying time for the entire family and I request the media and the people to grant us our privacy at this time. I do not wish this news to disempower my fans and the people about the institution of marriage in any way. I am a firm believer in this institution and respect and honour it at the highest level.”
