Actor Hrithik Roshan, whose latest release " Krrish 3" has crossed the Rs.200 crore mark at the worldwide box office, does not believe in breaking or setting new records.

He feels box office figures reflect the progress of cinema and hopes the "Krrish 3" record will be broken by forthcoming films like " Dhoom 3".

"Records, these are all facts and figures, which are essential to define the progress of cinema or any other mode of work. So it's not about breaking records, it's about being inspired by the previous records and then taking it forward," Hrithik told reporters.

Directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan, "Krrish 3" released Nov 1 and entered the Rs.100 crore club in four days.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, "Krrish 3" has raked in Rs.166.52 crore at the domestic box office and minted Rs.36 crore in its first week overseas, taking the overall collections to Rs.202.42 crore.

"I hope and I pray to god that the next one that comes after 'Krrish 3' breaks its record and that is evolution, that is progress. Keep breaking the records. Go for 'Krrish 3' now and then go for 'Dhoom 3' in sometime," said the actor who played a major role in "Dhoom 2".

Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 released in 4000 screens across Indian on November 1 and it was expected to beat all the records of Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express, which has set several new benchmarks with its collection from 3500 screens at the Indian Box Office in the first weekend. Collects Rs 35.91 cr. The highest *single day* figure EVER. Also, Krrish3 hits a ton. Crosses Rs 100 cr mark on Mon. Fri to Mon: Rs 108.61 cr."

Interestingly, Krrish 3 kept the bells ringing at the ticket windows on the following days too. The movie has crossed Rs 150 crore mark at the domestic Box Office in just six days. On Wednesday, Taran Adarsh tweeted, "It's a rocking Tuesday!  Krrish3 is on a record-smashing spree. Collects Rs 26.26 cr. Total: Rs 134.87 cr. AWESOME." This morning (November 7), the trade expert added, "Krrish3 crosses Rs 150 cr mark in India. Wed: Rs 18.11 cr. Total: Rs 152.98 cr. FABULOUS." However, Chennai Express has collected Rs 156.7 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in seven days and its six-day domestic total was Rs 137.10 crores nett. Its breakup was Rs 6.75 cr in Paid Preview on Thu, Rs 33.12 cr on Fri, Rs 28.05 cr on Sat, Rs 32.5 cr on Sun, Rs 12.62 cr on Mon, Rs 11.5 cr on Tue, Rs 12.56 cr on Wed and Rs 19.6 cr on Thu.
